The Municipality of Esteban Echeverría announced the completion of road repair works in Monte Grande, focusing on Teniente Benjamín Matienzo and Garzón streets. The intervention is aimed at restoring sections with deteriorated pavement. According to the Argentine News Agency, the tasks were carried out by municipal crews using hot asphalt, a procedure that uses a high-temperature mixture to restore the roadway and improve traffic conditions in the urban network. The municipality framed this project within a comprehensive road maintenance plan, which is funded with its own resources and includes not only pothole repair but also paving, repaving, and joint sealing on streets and avenues in various localities of the district. In this context, the municipality stated that the continuity of these interventions aims to maintain neighborhood connectivity and address critical points of the road network, prioritizing areas with the highest wear from traffic and the cumulative impact of climate on the pavement.
